What the warranty covers
Covered. Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, electronic control failures, and electrolysis stack faults under normal domestic or professional use.
Not covered. Damage from misuse, drops, liquid ingress beyond the specified water reservoir, modification, unauthorised repair, or operation outside the specified voltage range. Consumables such as cannulas and masks are excluded.
Water quality. Using distilled water as specified is a condition of cover — mineral scaling from tap water is not a manufacturing defect.
Making a claim

- Describe the fault and include a short video or photo where possible.
- Support confirms diagnosis and arranges parts, repair, or replacement.
