The H6 Pro™ is rated for continuous operation and includes automatic shut-offs for low water, over-temperature and over-pressure. As with any electrical appliance we recommend not leaving it unattended for extended periods and following the maintenance schedule in the manual.

What about pure oxygen — does this device produce oxygen too?

The H6 Pro™ uses PEM/SPE (Proton Exchange Membrane / Solid Polymer Electrolyte) separation, which means the hydrogen and oxygen streams are produced separately. The oxygen by-product is safely vented; the cannula delivers high-purity H₂ only. This is what distinguishes a true membrane-separated hydrogen inhaler from older un-separated electrolysers that deliver a flammable 2:1 H₂/O₂ mixture and carry very different safety considerations.

How does shipping work?

We ship to our nine delivery markets by sea or air freight from our Asia-Pacific fulfilment hub. Sea freight is recommended for orders of 5+ units (cost-effective, 25–45 days transit depending on destination). Air freight is available for samples or urgent restocks (3–7 days). We can quote DDP (delivered duty paid) on request so you receive a single landed-cost figure.

We can supply test reports and the technical file on request. FDA and other market-specific registrations are the importer's responsibility — we will support documentation but cannot guarantee a specific regulatory classification in your jurisdiction.

12-month manufacturer warranty, spare-parts stock for the electrolysis stack and pumps, remote diagnostic support over video call, and training materials for clinic staff. For larger distributor agreements we can ship spares with the initial container and provide co-branded training resources.
