Delivery Details

Delivery is included on every machine we sell — the H6 Pro, H8 Pro and Bath One™. There is no minimum order value and no separate freight line at checkout.

Duties and taxes included (DDP): US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and UAE. Import duty/VAT payable by the buyer on arrival: UK, EU, Switzerland and Saudi Arabia.

Accessories and consumables ordered on their own ship with the machine where the order is combined; standalone accessory orders are quoted at checkout.

We currently deliver to these nine markets:

• United States — 12–16 business days. Duties and taxes included (DDP).
• United Kingdom — 10–14 business days. Import duty/VAT payable by the buyer on arrival.
• Australia — 8–12 business days. Duties and taxes included (DDP).
• European Union — 10–14 business days. Import duty/VAT payable by the buyer on arrival.
• Canada — 12–16 business days. Duties and taxes included (DDP).
• New Zealand — 12–16 business days. Duties and taxes included (DDP).
• Switzerland — 12–16 business days. Import duty/VAT payable by the buyer on arrival.
• United Arab Emirates — 12–16 business days. Duties and taxes included (DDP).
• Saudi Arabia — 12–16 business days. Import duty/VAT payable by the buyer on arrival.

We do not currently deliver to other countries. For other countries, contact us.

Delivery times depend on destination — see delivery times by country. All timeframes are business days and exclude public holidays in the origin and destination countries.

Machines travel by insured air freight, fully tracked, door-to-door. A tracking link is emailed as soon as the order is dispatched, and the shipment can be followed through the carrier's portal until delivery.

Remote and regional addresses, and destinations requiring additional customs documentation, may fall outside the standard windows above.

Prices are shown in your local currency and include delivery. Duties and taxes included (DDP): US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and UAE. Import duty/VAT payable by the buyer on arrival: UK, EU, Switzerland and Saudi Arabia.

Pay over time with Klarna, subject to approval and Klarna's terms.

Machines carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, on a PEM stack rated for a 10,000-hour service life. If a fault is confirmed within the warranty period, we cover return freight and the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement unit back to you.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery where the unit is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping on change-of-mind returns is the buyer's responsibility; we recommend a tracked and insured service.
