Shipping
Delivery included. Delivery is included to our nine markets. Duties and taxes included (DDP): US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and UAE. Import duty/VAT payable by the buyer on arrival: UK, EU, Switzerland and Saudi Arabia.
Delivery times. Delivery times depend on destination — see delivery times by country. Air freight, insured, fully tracked, door-to-door.
Countries served. United States (12–16 business days), United Kingdom (10–14 business days), Australia (8–12 business days), European Union (10–14 business days), Canada (12–16 business days), New Zealand (12–16 business days), Switzerland (12–16 business days), United Arab Emirates (12–16 business days), Saudi Arabia (12–16 business days). We do not currently deliver to other countries — contact us.
Pay later. Pay over time with Klarna, subject to approval and Klarna's terms.
Tracking. A tracking link is emailed when your order ships.
Warranty
1-year limited warranty on the device, from date of delivery.
Covers manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use. Does not cover damage from misuse, modification, unauthorised repair, or use outside the specified voltage range.
To make a warranty claim, email admin@hydrogenwellness.co with your order number and a description of the issue.
Returns & Refunds
30-day return window from delivery for unused product in original packaging.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.
For hygiene and safety, opened single-use accessories (cannulas, masks) are non-returnable.
