Everything you need to know — in plain language.

Shipping

DDP worldwide. Delivered Duty Paid — all duties and taxes are prepaid. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No surprise customs invoices on delivery.

Delivery times. Typical delivery is 7–16 business days from order confirmation, depending on destination. Air freight, insured, fully tracked, door-to-door.

Countries served. United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and most of the EU as standard. Contact us for other destinations.

Tracking. A tracking link is emailed when your order ships.

Warranty

2-year limited warranty on the device, from date of delivery.

Covers manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use. Does not cover damage from misuse, modification, unauthorised repair, or use outside the specified voltage range.

To make a warranty claim, email admin@hydrogenwellness.co with your order number and a description of the issue.

Returns & Refunds

30-day return window from delivery for unused product in original packaging.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.

For hygiene and safety, opened single-use accessories (cannulas, masks) are non-returnable.
