Hydrogen Spa Technology

Molecular hydrogen produced on demand by electrolysis and delivered inside a spa environment — as a hydrogen-rich bath, as a hydrogen inhalation station, or as a combined hydrogen spa floor. This page covers the category, the hardware, and how the equipment integrates with conventional hydrotherapy.

  • · 99.99% hydrogen purity
  • · Titanium-platinum electrolytic cell
  • · 10,000-hour rated service life
  • · CE · FCC · RoHS
  • · No plumbing modification

Category definition

Hydrogen Spa Technology is the wellness category in which molecular hydrogen (H₂) is generated from purified water by continuous-duty SPE/PEM electrolysis and delivered inside a spa environment. It is an equipment and programming discipline, not a medical intervention.

Three attributes define it: spa-grade engineering — a silent, continuous-duty chassis small enough to live inside the treatment room; 99.99% hydrogen purity from a membrane-separated cell rather than reactive-metal or tablet chemistry; and independent electrical certification (CE, FCC, RoHS) behind the build. Equipment missing any one of these sits outside the category as we define it.

Bath systems — how they work

Bath One™ electrolyses purified water across a long-life titanium-platinum cell. The cell splits water into hydrogen and oxygen streams; Level 7 steam and water separation isolates the gas and water paths so only fine-bubble hydrogen-rich water is delivered into the tub. Nothing caustic, no tablets and no reactive metals enter the water.

Infusion runs at 3.75 L/min into a drawn bath, so hydrogen concentration builds throughout the session rather than dissipating from a single pre-dose. A 3 L purified water tank (TDS below 30) feeds the cell, and a self-checking water-quality monitor blocks operation on out-of-spec feed water — the single largest cause of premature cell degradation in electrolytic bath equipment.

Thermal management is handled by an adaptive smart silent fan sized for long, back-to-back sessions, keeping the unit at treatment-room noise levels while protecting the cell and power electronics. The result is a countertop chassis of 260 × 340 × 420 mm at 14 kg that installs beside an existing tub on a standard outlet — no plumbing rebuild, no back-of-house plant, no wet-area penetration.

Inhalation systems in a spa floor

H6 Pro™ covers the single treatment station: an SPE/PEM generator delivering hydrogen at 99.99% purity via nasal cannula at ambient pressure, sized for 10–60 minute sessions and rated below 45 dB so it can sit in the room with the guest.

H8 Pro™ is the multi-user H2 inhaler for concurrent-guest programming — recovery lounges, athlete rooms and peak-hour throughput where one station per guest is not economic.

Hydrogen Spa Technology vs conventional hydrotherapy

Comparison of Hydrogen Spa Technology and conventional hydrotherapy
AttributeHydrogen Spa TechnologyConventional hydrotherapy
Defining variableDissolved molecular H₂ in bath water or inhaled H₂ at ambient pressureWater temperature, jet configuration, mineralisation
Gas sourceOn-demand SPE/PEM electrolysis of purified waterNo dissolved-gas layer
Bath preparationInfusion into a drawn bath during the sessionTub fill and thermal balance only
Inhalation programmingCannula-delivered H₂ from H6 Pro™ / H8 Pro™Not offered as a hydrotherapy modality
ConsumablesPurified water; cannulas for inhalationSalts, oils and filter media per venue
Install impactCountertop unit beside the tub, standard outletWet-area plant, plumbing and filtration
Regulatory framingHardware certification (CE/FCC/RoHS) — not a medical claimLocal wet-area and hydrotherapy regulation

Comparison is for category education only. Hydrogen Spa Technology layers onto conventional hydrotherapy — it does not replace existing wet-area sanitation, filtration or regulatory regimes.

Commercial Buyer FAQ

Do hydrogen machines require ongoing consumables?
No. SPE/PEM electrolysis systems do not use tablets or reactive metals.
Is shipping included for commercial orders?
Yes. Free worldwide delivery is included, with duties prepaid where supported.
Are these systems suitable for daily commercial use?
Yes. Units are engineered for long-duty-cycle operation and continuous output.
What is the expected service life?
Systems are engineered for approximately 10,000 hours of operation.
Do machines produce residue?
No. SPE/PEM electrolysis avoids reactive-metal chemistry and residue formation.

Hydrogen spa integration

Single-room installations require only assembly and a standard outlet. Multi-room hydrogen spa floors are coordinated with the venue's services consultant on circuit allocation, purified-water supply for bath rooms and normal treatment-room ventilation for inhalation stations.

Documentation supplied to design and procurement teams includes specification sheets, CE / FCC / RoHS certification, dimensional and mass data, power requirements and shipping terms — enough for designers and consultants to place the equipment in project drawings without back-and-forth.
