Shipping Policy

Hydrogen Wellness™ ships internationally from production-side warehouses to six primary markets and to additional countries on request. This policy explains how we ship, who handles customs, and what to expect from order to delivery.

1. Countries we serve

We ship as standard to:

  • United Kingdom (DDP included)
  • United States (DDP included)
  • Australia (DDP included)
  • Canada (DDP included)
  • New Zealand (DDP included)
  • European Union — all 27 member states (DDP included)

Shipments to other countries are reviewed case-by-case. Email admin@hydrogenwellness.co with the destination country and we will confirm availability, lead time and landed price.

2. Shipping methods & carriers

We use insured, fully tracked services with carriers selected for reliability and customs competence in each market:

  • UK: tracked UK courier with next-day or 2-day options.
  • EU: DHL Express or equivalent, door-to-door.
  • US & Canada: FedEx International Priority or DHL Express.
  • Australia & New Zealand: StarTrack, Australia Post International, or DHL Express.

Carrier selection is made at dispatch based on destination, parcel dimensions and current transit reliability. All shipments are insured at full replacement value.

3. Duties & taxes

Free delivery, worldwide. We pay the freight on every order — tracked and insured door-to-door. Where the destination country permits, we prepay customs duties and local taxes before dispatch (DDP). Where prepayment isn't permitted, the carrier collects applicable duties and taxes on arrival; we notify you by email when the shipment clears into your country, before any payment is requested.

4. Delivery estimates

Hydrogen Wellness™ products are manufactured at our certified production facility and ship direct to your door with DDP delivery — all duties, customs fees and import taxes are handled before dispatch. Typical door-to-door delivery timeframes once dispatched:

  • United Kingdom: 10–14 business days
  • United States: 12–16 business days
  • Australia: 8–12 business days
  • European Union: 10–14 business days
  • Canada / New Zealand: 12–16 business days

Every order is tracked door to door and insured in transit. Estimates exclude order-processing time (typically 1–2 business days), public holidays, and customs hold-time. They are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. Order tracking

You will receive an order confirmation by email at checkout, a dispatch notification with carrier and tracking number when the package leaves the warehouse, and a delivery confirmation. You can track the shipment directly with the carrier at any time using the tracking number provided.

6. Customs & import documentation

All international shipments are accompanied by an accurate commercial invoice, HS classification and country-of-origin declaration. For DDP markets, we act as importer of record and clear the shipment on your behalf. For non-DDP markets, you are the importer of record. We will not under- declare value or misclassify goods.

7. International delivery limitations

We cannot ship to PO boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or freight-forwarder addresses without prior written agreement. Some remote islands and territories incur a surcharge or extended transit time; we will contact you before dispatch if this applies.

We do not ship to destinations subject to sanctions, embargoes, or where importation of hydrogen wellness devices is restricted by local law.

8. Damaged or missing shipments

Inspect the parcel before signing for it. If you observe visible damage, refuse the parcel or accept it as "damaged" and photograph it. Report damaged or missing parcels to admin@hydrogenwellness.co within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We will lodge an insurance claim with the carrier and dispatch a replacement.
