Shipping
DDP worldwide. Delivered Duty Paid — all duties and taxes are prepaid. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No surprise customs invoices on delivery.
Delivery times. Typical delivery is 7–16 business days from order confirmation, depending on destination. Air freight, insured, fully tracked, door-to-door.
Countries served. United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, EU member states (DACH, France & Benelux, Nordics, Baltics, Spain 10–14 business days), Latin America (Mexico 12–18, Chile 14–20, Colombia 14–20, Peru 14–20, Argentina 16–22, Brazil 16–22 business days), plus the Gulf — United Arab Emirates (5–10 business days) and Saudi Arabia (7–12 business days, includes SABER documentation). Brazil duties and customs fees are prepaid — the displayed price is final. Contact us for other destinations.
BNPL options. Klarna for the UK and EU, Afterpay for AU/NZ/US/CA, and Tabby for the Gulf (UAE & Saudi Arabia) — all available at checkout where supported.
Tracking. A tracking link is emailed when your order ships.
Warranty
1-year limited warranty on the device, from date of delivery.
Covers manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use. Does not cover damage from misuse, modification, unauthorised repair, or use outside the specified voltage range.
To make a warranty claim, email admin@hydrogenwellness.co with your order number and a description of the issue.
Returns & Refunds
30-day return window from delivery for unused product in original packaging.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.
For hygiene and safety, opened single-use accessories (cannulas, masks) are non-returnable.
