Hydrogen Water
Hydrogen Water Explained
What hydrogen-enriched water is and how it differs from regular drinking water.
Hydrogen water is regular drinking water with dissolved molecular hydrogen. The water itself is unchanged in taste, clarity and mineral content — the difference is invisible: a measurable concentration of H₂ in solution.
How it is produced
A hydrogen water system uses electrolysis to introduce hydrogen into the water. The hydrogen dissolves into solution and is consumed shortly after — H₂ leaves solution gradually once the container is opened.
How it fits a daily routine
- A glass first thing in the morning
- A bottle taken to a workout
- A glass before or after a meal
- An evening glass to close the day
Hydrogen water vs hydrogen inhalation
Hydrogen water and hydrogen inhalation are complementary practices. Inhalation delivers a much higher hydrogen dose per session; hydrogen water is a small, gentle, repeatable intake across the day.
