Hydrogen Inhalation

Machine Care

How to care for a hydrogen inhalation machine for years of consistent performance.

5 min read Learning Hub

A premium hydrogen inhalation machine is engineered for long service. Day-to-day care is straightforward — and the small habits below keep performance and feel consistent over years of ownership.

Water

Always use distilled or high-purity deionised water. Tap water and mineral water leave deposits in the cell and reduce output over time.

Refill rhythm

Top up the water reservoir as part of the routine — not as a reaction to a low warning. A weekly or twice-weekly top-up depending on session length keeps the machine ready at any time.

Cannula and tubing

Replace the nasal cannula every 1–3 months depending on use. Replace tubing annually. Both are inexpensive consumables that protect comfort and hygiene.

Long-term maintenance

Most owners need nothing beyond water and cannula replacement. Internal components — including the membrane stack — are engineered for many thousands of session hours.
