All premium hydrogen wellness machines generate hydrogen the same way: by splitting purified water into hydrogen and oxygen using electrolysis. The difference between systems is in how cleanly, quietly and consistently that process is engineered.

PEM / SPE electrolysis

Hydrogen Wellness machines use Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM, also called Solid Polymer Electrolyte, SPE) electrolysis. The membrane separates the hydrogen and oxygen production cells completely. They never mix in the machine, and the hydrogen stream exits at 99.99% purity.

Why PEM matters

  • Pure H₂ output — no electrolyte carry-over
  • Separated H₂ and O₂ streams that can be selected independently
  • Low-temperature, low-noise operation
  • No mixed-gas / Brown's Gas output

From cell to cannula

Once generated, the hydrogen passes through internal moisture-separation stages before reaching the cannula or the bath diffuser. This keeps gas delivery consistent and dry across the full session.
